With the exception of the svs282, all cameras of the SVCam
series provide progressive scan technology. This feature enables
ultra short exposure times and strobe illumination using the
full sensor resolution. Not limited by a TV norm this scanning
mode allows highest scan frequencies and sensor resolutions.
All SVCam cameras are developed and manufactured by SVS-VISTEK, which stands for best quality and competitive pricing. SVCam cameras can be used with most frame grabbers using the industry standard CameraLink or GigEVision interface. A lot of configuration files for different frame grabbers are available. Most of the SVCam cameras have 10-Bit A/D converter (12-Bit versions available) to give you best available dynamic. The CameraLink™- video output is standard; RS-644 (LVDS) output is available as an option. Configuration and status control of the camera is done over the integrated serial interface RS-232. A simple to use configuration programm "ConvientCam" running under Windows environment and a developer interface in C++ (or standard C) are available for free as well a direct instruction set over the serial port. For color cameras the Bayer-Pattern algorithm is provided as source code without charge. |
