EasyOCV is a character verification

tool used for mark inspection. It provides automatic training of the model, adjustable acceptance levels and a robust gray-scale analysis. EasyOCV is suitable for label printing verification, PCB inspection, LCD inspection, detection of mixed lots... EasyOCV has been designed for on-line verification. It can detect blurred, misaligned, distorted or double mark, extra or missing ink, missing characters or reversed mark as well as contrast problems.

Training

EasyOCV has to be tought. To do this the system is presented samples in optimum quality. An interactive tool helps you to fix the parameters. After that the samples are automatically analysed and the results are stored for later as "golden template"
