Your tasks
- Creation, implementation and evaluation of a quality plan for the entire production process.
- Moderation and participation in failure mode and effects analyses for processes and designs (DFMEA/PFMEA).
- Technical and disciplinary management of quality assurance.
- Strategic management and coordination of all quality assurance-related activities.
- Analyzing quality assurance reports and identifying potential for improvement.
- Coordinate the monitoring of measuring equipment and provide technical leadership to those responsible for measuring equipment throughout the company.
- Support and cooperation with interfaces in the implementation and execution of improvement measures.
Your profile
- Completed technical studies, supplemented by sound further training in quality management.
- Several years of professional experience in a medium-sized manufacturing company, ideally with several international locations.
- Extensive experience with relevant standards in quality assurance.
- Strong ability to analyze and optimize complex processes, combined with persuasiveness and a confident manner in decisive quality issues.
- German and English spoken and written.
