Job opening Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Planning, control and implementation of quality assurance measures.
  • Participation in failure mode and effects analyses for processes and designs (DFMEA/PFMEA).
  • Creation and monitoring of test plans and support with quality monitoring in the production area.
  • Creation of management key figures and evaluation of quality-relevant data.
  • Management and moderation of customer 8Ds and quality circles in relation to production.
  • Accompanying new product start-ups in the handover from Manufacturing Engineering to Production and IQC.
  • Responsible for the CAQ processes and key user for the operational applications of the CAQ system (supplier and customer complaints as well as internal complaints).
  • Support the implementation of the audit program in the area of QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety).

Your profile

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of quality management or quality assurance in a medium-sized manufacturing company, ideally with several international locations.
  • Sound knowledge of quality methods (8D, FMEA, CAQ)
  • Understanding of production and manufacturing processes and affinity for problem solving
  • Communication skills, structured way of working as well as analytical and assertive skills.
  • German and English spoken and written.
