Your tasks
- Planning, control and implementation of quality assurance measures.
- Participation in failure mode and effects analyses for processes and designs (DFMEA/PFMEA).
- Creation and monitoring of test plans and support with quality monitoring in the production area.
- Creation of management key figures and evaluation of quality-relevant data.
- Management and moderation of customer 8Ds and quality circles in relation to production.
- Accompanying new product start-ups in the handover from Manufacturing Engineering to Production and IQC.
- Responsible for the CAQ processes and key user for the operational applications of the CAQ system (supplier and customer complaints as well as internal complaints).
- Support the implementation of the audit program in the area of QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety).
Your profile
- Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of quality management or quality assurance in a medium-sized manufacturing company, ideally with several international locations.
- Sound knowledge of quality methods (8D, FMEA, CAQ)
- Understanding of production and manufacturing processes and affinity for problem solving
- Communication skills, structured way of working as well as analytical and assertive skills.
- German and English spoken and written.
