Your tasks
- Commercial checking and processing of customer orders
- Creation of order confirmations, invoices and credit notes
- Control of the order processing procedure
- Data entry in the merchandise management system
- Prepare shipping documents for domestic and international shipments
- Check and process transport and customs invoices
- Close cross-departmental cooperation with sales, production and logistics
Your profile
- a completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk or similar
- at least 3 years of professional experience in order processing
- Experience with a merchandise management system
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills fit in MS Office
- Experience in current customs law and export control processes
- Experience in using common applications and information sources for customs and export (e.g. Atlas, EZT-Online, etc.)
