Your tasks
- You are responsible for the cleanliness, order, function and safety of the property with outdoor facilities, including documentation (e.g. cleaning, traffic safety, green maintenance, participation in winter maintenance).
- You carry out maintenance work on rooms and equipment.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and execution of (minor) repairs as well as the monitoring of technical systems (heating, air conditioning, plumbing, flushing of the sewer system).
- You organize the material and waste disposal.
- You are responsible for the purchase of materials and spare parts in case of immediate need.
- You take over mail and shipping activities as well as key management.
- You provide support at events and take care of errands and service trips.
Your profile
- You have completed apprenticeship in a skilled trade or have a comparable qualification.
- You have a very good technical understanding and cross-trade expertise.
- You are communicative, a team player and flexible.
- You have a friendly and helpful manner, are reliable and work in a structured manner.
