Your future tasks:

• Commercial review and processing of customer orders
• Communication with our national and international customers and partners
• Creation of order confirmations, invoices and credit notes
• Control of the order processing 
• Data entry in the merchandise management system
• Preparation of shipping documents for domestic and international shipments
• Close interdepartmental cooperation with Sales, Production and Logistics
• Control and processing of transport and customs invoices 

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training, preferably wholesale and foreign trade, industry or comparable
• Experience with an enterprise resource planning system
• Fit in MS Office 
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Responsible, reliable and structured way of working
• The right mix of team spirit, initiative and level-headedness
• Distinct customer and service orientation as well as a confident appearance and communication skills round off your profile
