On March 15 - 17, 2016, the industrial machine vision industry met again in Shanghai. VISION China opened its doors during the Laser World of Photonics, giving SVS-Vistek an opportunity of presenting its innovative technologies and product highlights over three days at the largest and most important trade show in the Asian market.
Highspeed with 25 Mpx CMOS and up to 80 images/s
SVS-Vistek exhibited the HR25 CoaXPress which offers maximum image quality and top data transfer rates. Fitted with the new “Python” 25-megapixel CMOS sensor, the industrial camera not only boasts a high resolution but also permits image transfer rates of 80 fps thanks to CoaXPress. This is a perfect solution for applications in which speed is crucial.
Plug & play with USB3
SVS-Vistek also exhibited the EXO 174 USB, a versatile version of this extremely flexible camera series, simultaneously demonstrating that the advances made by USB3 interfaces are more than just a short-lived trend. This is because the integrated USB3 Vision interface permits maximum data transfer rates of up to 350 MByte/s (net) combined with simple connectivity as only a single cable is required for supplying power and transferring data.
The new reference class with 47 Mpx
This year, the SHR 47 was clearly the special highlight at the SVS-Vistek stand. With its completely new design, this camera offers a sensor resolution of 47 megapixels and renders even the most minute detail visible thanks to its unique image quality. This is a decisive advantage in the examination of large or detailed surfaces such as wafers, solar panels and displays. Customers and trade visitors alike were impressed.
