Christmas is a time of joy and giving. At this time of the year in particular, the team at SVS-VISTEK want to share some joy and love with people for whom Christmas is not necessarily a merry occasion.

For this reason, we will be dispensing with Christmas gifts for our customers once again in 2015 and instead making donations to regional and international aid projects. This year, three social projects will be benefiting from our traditional Christmas donation:

1. The Süddeutsche Zeitung Advent Calendar for Good Deeds helps people in our direct vicinity who are in need – predominantly in Munich and surrounding areas.

2. Since 2005, the Josef Mühlbauer Foundation has been supporting a wide range of different social, charity and humanitarian projects in all parts of the world – from a school in Bavaria to a hospital in Africa.

3. Orienthelfer e.V. is an association established by cabaret artist Christian “Fonsi” Springer in Munich, which aims to provide humanitarian support for the victims of the Syrian crisis among other things.

These three institutions provide swift aid free of unnecessary complications and ensure that 100% of the donations reach the people who are dependent on others’ help.
