Ultraviolett
Whether for quality control, material analysis or scientific research - our UV technology opens up new possibilities for you and increases the efficiency of your processes.
Ultraviolett
Our ultraviolet cameras are based on the proven design of the FXO series. The fast CoaXPress-12 interface gives the camera outstanding features in terms of trigger latency, frame rate and constant data rate. Our 10GigE interface is an economical, highly stable alternative with advantages for long data lines. The Sony Pregius UV sensors used are characterized by high resolution, high dynamic range and high sensitivity in the 200 - 400 nm range.
Signal voltages, temperature resistance, I/O control with integrated strobe controller and firmware features are designed for applications in demanding industrial automation.
Technical highlights:
- GenICam 3.0 software interface, GenTL
- CoaXPress-12 single connector or 10GigE
- LUT, binning, ROI
- Electrical and optical inputs
- Up to 60°C operating temperature
- Industrial TTL-24V I/O interface with SafeTrigger, logic functions, programmable sequencers and timers, RS232 interface, integrated 4-channel strobe controller

Areas of application
Ultraviolet cameras are ideal for high-speed sorting of materials, including the complex separation of recycled materials.
They are also used in biological environments, such as fluorescence analysis, plant monitoring and food inspection. Glass, jewelry and liquids can also be examined in detail with UV cameras.
Other areas of application include the semiconductor industry and wafer processing as well as the monitoring of high-voltage power lines.
