The Sony CCD situation, based the status as of 17th of April 2015:

Sony intends to cease production of CCD sensor wafers by 2017. In parallel, major investments are being made in the expansion of the CMOS production capability. Forecasted deliveries for sensors primarily used in machine vision products (Sony’s Category “A”) will be delivered until 2026. CCD sensors for non-machine vision products, e.g. interlaced sensors related to classical TV standards, will be, subject to market demand, produced until 2020. Sony will gather non-binding forecasts by March 2016 via its sales channels SVS-VISTEK will be in a position to maintain deliveries until 2026, based on customer specific supply agreements. This takes us very far out in the future!
